The HR Manager role requires a unique blend of strategic leadership and tactical execution. Success is determined by proficiency in leadership, developing and driving strategy on key HR initiatives, and individual execution on various role responsibilities (see below), all within an entrepreneurial culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will operate as a strategic and solutions-oriented business partner across the organization. As a strategic thought leader and executor, you’ll play a meaningful role in developing and implementing strategies for our Sales Team.

Ideal Characteristics

The ideal candidate will have a background in the Generalist discipline, extensive employee relations experience as well as experience and a passion for moving fast and making an impact. They will also have a passion for driving business results through People Leadership and Employee relations.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Ensure excellent HR practice and partnership for all Dealer Teamwork’s approximately 85 employees and growing.
  • Develop a partnership between HR and other business teams, create performance management programs, improve employee relations, and participate in talent development.
  • Guide and coach Dealer Teamwork employees to facilitate employee relations' issues and the rollout of HR programs, policies and initiatives.
  • Partner closely with and advise the executive team on HR initiatives and employee relations issues.
  • Initiate and implement strategic initiatives and progressive Human Resources programs that will enhance overall culture and organizational effectiveness.
  • Review and evaluate disciplinary actions ensure consistent application of company policies, federal and state laws.
  • Ensure policies, practices and procedures are administered in a fair and consistent manner and in accordance with all applicable laws.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of direct HR experience with an expertise in performance management, employee relations situations, and business partnership.
  • Minimum of 2 years previous leadership/managerial experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, HR or a related field.
  • Extensive working knowledge of state and federal employment and benefit-related law is required including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, COBRA, Affordable Care Act, HIPPA, and ERISA.
  • Experience in coaching and advising employees at multiple levels from front-line non-exempt employees to business leaders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate and build relationships at all levels.
  • Knowledge of current benefits trends/practices; experience working with outside legal counsel and consultants, as well as managing vendors.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is adept at handling multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, results-driven, rapidly changing environment - with minimal daily oversight.

Senior Systems Engineer

Dealer Teamwork is looking to hire a Senior System Engineer who has rich experience in AWS cloud technologies to work alongside web and the application team to support operation of Dealer Teamwork’s core applications in the Amazon Cloud.

The Senior System Engineer will focus on designing and developing automation within an Agile environment to support continuous delivery and continuous integration processes. This position involves cold calling leads to set up product demos, and it involves supporting the sales staff during product demos. You will be involved throughout the entire sales process from the lead generate stage, up until the time prospects become customers. You will be responsible for helping maintain Salesforce accuracy when it comes to tracking prospects status and touch-points. You will also help the sales staff with prospect follow-up. This includes sending and securing paperwork along with payment when prospects are in the sign-up phase before becoming a customer.

The Billing Manager will be expected to exceed performance goals by constantly innovating and improving the existing Billing Manager processes and functions. It is important that this person is someone who will bring a high-level of customer service skills, intellect, creativity and problem-solving skills to constantly work towards evolving the way our company operates.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Demonstrate all aspects and features of our patented MPOP™ technology, including product set-up, integration with add-on products (i.e. Paid Search) and training
  • Present new products and pursue upsell opportunities with clients
  • Track status and touch-points with prospects in Salesforce (from lead stage through the process of signing up as a customer – Account Management takes over once prospects become customers)
  • Follow-up with prospects
  • Securing paperwork with prospects who want to sign-on as a customer (this includes sending paperwork, follow-up and getting signed paperwork and payment back from the prospects)

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years professional sales experience and product demonstration experience
  • Automotive, digital and/or marketing experience a plus
  • Customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and respond to urgent requests when necessary

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends

  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office (PowerPoint), marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development/CMS tools desired
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools desired (Hootsuite, FB Power Editor, Canva, Envato and other brand management platforms)
