Search Engine Marketing Specialist

SEM Specialist - Eden Prairie, MN

The search engine marketing specialist is responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing in order to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to acheive maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
  • Develop and implement link building strategies.
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Requirements
  • Proven SEO experience.
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
  • Must have current Google Adwords Certification.
  • Must have current Bing Ads Certification.
  • Proven track record of successful SEM management (references required).
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer aquisition.
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics).
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript development and constraints.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
  • B.S. Degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.

Search Engine Marketing Specialist

Account Manager - Eden Prairie, MN

Reporting to the Director of Account Management and serving as an integral member of the DealerTeamwork team, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of clients. The Account Manager will build relationships with clients over the phone and through email correspondence and will be in charge of building and maintaining accounts within the DealerTeamwork system. The ideal candidate has a great attitude, is a self-starter and has the proven ability to problem solve and multi-task.

We are a start-up so this individual should be able to work independently or with a team and effectively execute objectives with minimal management. The Account Manager will be expected to exceed performance goals by constantly innovating and improving the existing account manager functions. It is very important that this person is someone who will bring a high-level of customer service skills, intellect, creativity, and problem solving skills to constantly work towards evolving the way our company operates!

Responsibilities
  • Build new accounts and ensure all contractual commitments are fulfilled.
  • Perform all aspects of account management including product setup and training.
  • Present new products and pursue upsell opportunities with clients.
  • Work with clients to ensure they are using their full suite of products monthly.
  • Present reporting to clients monthly, making changes to accounts as necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service for our clients.
  • Troubleshoot issues and maintain systems and processes.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Account Management or similar experience.
  • Automotive, digital, and/or marketing experience is a plus.
  • Customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and respond to urgent requests when necessary.

Accounting Manager

Partner with the CEO, COO and department leaders in strategic planning, effectively interpret and communicate data, and manage all day to day accounting functions.

Accounting Roles
  • Responsible for preparing and overseeing monthly customer billings and ensuring accuracy of the billing process
  • Process and apply customer payments and manage accounts receivable
  • Entry and review of all accounts payables, commissions payable and expense reimbursements
  • Maintain standard company financial statements (accrual basis)
  • Work with third party payroll provider to ensure accurate accounting of payroll
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, budget to actual reporting, and internal dashboard reports for CEO and COO.
  • Provide leadership team with ad hoc financial analysis and modeling that supports strategic planning
  • Prepare annual company budgets and updated monthly forecasting
  • Coordinate with the external tax accountant for tax return and prepare annual Form 1099 reporting for company
Experience
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience with knowledge of GAAP Accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, CPA and/or MBA (plus)
  • Excellent Excel skills and expertise in QuickBooks accounting software
  • Experienced in structuring and managing the financial reporting function of a small privately held business, and a preference for entrepreneurial environments.
  • Experienced in managing the books, AP, AR, cash flow
  • Detail oriented and quality focused with big picture perspective
