Responsibilities

Account Manager

Senior Systems Engineer

Dealer Teamwork is looking to hire a Senior System Engineer who has rich experience in AWS cloud technologies to work alongside web and the application team to support operation of Dealer Teamwork’s core applications in the Amazon Cloud.

The Senior System Engineer will focus on designing and developing automation within an Agile environment to support continuous delivery and continuous integration processes. Successful candidates will have an obsessive focus on automation and building repeatable solutions. They will have worked in AWS environments leveraging services beyond basic IaaS provisioning.

While 80% of your time is dedicated to supporting our AWS environment and best in class applications, the remaining 20% of your time will be supporting Dealer Teamwork’s internal business technologies as well. Role and Responsibilities

  • Managing the Dealer Teamwork Cloud infrastructure and services (currently AWS resources).
  • Coordinating and managing software deployments.
  • Optimizing AWS infrastructure with continuous integration methodologies.
  • Working with the development teams to build out new automated deployment processes and optimizing existing ones.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 3+ years in DevOps, System Administration, and management of Cloud resources (AWS experience preferred).
  • Experience provisioning, operating, and maintaining systems running on AWS.
  • Ability to identify and gather requirements to define a solution to be built and operated on AWS.
  • Capabilities to provide AWS operations and deployment guidance and best practices throughout the lifecycle of a project.
  • Experience with Docker images, RDS, MySql and Redis caching.

Essential Functions

  • Create strategy and recommendations for additions and enhancements to the website and its infrastructure while balancing business initiatives and technological capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

    • The UX Architect is responsible for defining and documenting systems and interfaces from the perspective of the people who will use those systems.
    • The successful candidate will have proven experience translating user and business requirements into the structural design of highly intuitive and well-crafted interfaces and digital experiences including websites, mobile applications, kiosks and touchscreens.
    • Structural design aspects include, but are not limited to, navigation, taxonomy, user flows, system flows, use cases, personas, task analyses, wireframes and detailed annotations and specifications.
    • The successful candidate will also understand how to incorporate both qualitative and quantitative research into their design process and be able to articulate and defend design decisions using this research as an input and a guide.
    • The successful candidate must be able to show specific work samples and case studies that show clear, high-quality documentation articulating complex data-driven and user-focused systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Writing or related field and 2 year experience in web design, user interface design.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop big ideas, and execute flawlessly against them in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Ability to employ pragmatic and effective approaches to UX. Keen understanding of usability principles, web standards, UI patterns and their application. Experience using web analytics data to inform design decisions.

This position involves cold calling leads to set up product demos, and it involves supporting the sales staff during product demos. You will be involved throughout the entire sales process from the lead generate stage, up until the time prospects become customers. You will be responsible for helping maintain Salesforce accuracy when it comes to tracking prospects status and touch-points. You will also help the sales staff with prospect follow-up. This includes sending and securing paperwork along with payment when prospects are in the sign-up phase before becoming a customer.

Dealer Teamwork is looking to add an entry-level sales professional to our growing sales team. This position involves working with prospects from their initial status as a lead, up until the time of signing on as a client. You will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, doing product demonstrations, tracking status and touch points in Salesforce, following up and securing paperwork.

We are looking for an immediate hire to fit our fast-paced, start-up culture. You will be working out of our Eden Prairie, MN corporate office. Automotive experience and/or digital marketing experience is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate has a great attitude and is a self-starter. You should also have the proven ability to problem solve, multi-task and build and maintain relationships.

  • Track status and touch-points with prospects in Salesforce (from lead stage through the process of signing up as a customer – Account Management takes over once prospects become customers)
  • Follow-up with prospects

Qualifications
