Caroline Jilek -Strategic Development Coordinator
Caroline is a Strategic Development Coordinator at Dealer Teamwork. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Bethel University in 2018. She came to Dealer Teamwork with no experience in the car industry or in digital marketing.
Outside of work, she loves photography and the outdoors. She enjoys snowboarding, hiking and playing any sort of outdoor game. Caroline hopes to travel the world someday and experience lots of different cultures. She also LOVES cheese and laffy taffy.
Caroline just got married in September 2019! She is also going to be a first time aunt any day now! Caroline really enjoy working alongside people and is definitely an extrovert.
