What do you do at Dealer Teamwork and how does your work impact our customers' competitive advantage?

As a software developer, I’m constantly working on improvements to the platform. This contributes to our customers’ competitive advantage by increasing the capabilities of where ads with transactional data can be published while reducing the effort needed to create and manage the content.

What Dealer Teamwork product, feature, service, etc have you enjoyed working on the most and why?

One of the features that I’ve enjoyed working on has been Vehicle Ads due to being able to improve the efficiency of generating ad content with accurate payment information. Another aspect that I enjoy working on is incorporating newer technologies to improve the platform.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

Being able to provide technology-based solutions for our clients and organization with a skilled, collaborative team.

What’s the biggest misconception people have about your position?

Sometimes a feature that seems easy to add has additional complexity due to factors that aren’t visible to end-users.

What’s your favorite hobby outside of work and what do you enjoy most about it?

Over the past few years, I have really gotten into playing volleyball. I like that it is a good outlet for being active as well as being social. It has also been interesting to learn about some of the more technical aspects of the game and improve from simply being able to play the game to actually being good at it.
